The room was large and spacious.
The room was very old, the carpets should be changed again, it looks quite dirty and the furniture looks a bit worn out. The pictures probably show the slightly better rooms... The breakfast buffet has only a very small selection. But we ordered from the menu, it was very tasty.

The location is particularly good and perfect and really close to tourist sights, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and shops. There's a lot of restaurants to choose from, like Ca'dora Chip Shop, set within 5 minutes walk or so, enjoyed this place. The breakfast is great with a lot of dishes.

Really good, really good, really good.
I had the most good experience staying here! The breakfast was freshly cooked to my liking, with the best black pudding I've had in years! The fine whiskey selection was a good bonus after a long day of exploring.

Really good hospitality from the staff, especially Jackie at reception.
The toilet roll dispenser was awkward to use and kept sticking.

The dining scene here is a treat, especially the bespoke breakfast that hit all the right notes, including the best black pudding I've had in ages! The whisky bar is a gem. Bonus, the staff are great.
Just a cheeky heads up, I had to hike up a fair few stairs to reach my room, so pack light unless you're up for some cardio.
